Food Preparation

 All our meats are cooked over an open fire pit and then hand carved.


We have two very large pits that are able to produce large volumes of meat every day.



 All our cooking is done with HICKORY wood.



 Our Sauces are an 80 year old FAMILY SECRET kept by memory.



 Our side dishes are made fresh daily in our kitchen the OLD FASHIONED way with our own recipes.
